How long does it take to receive an order once ordered?
Since we do not have garments ready-made and every garment is custom made one by one, and hand sewn to fit our customers specific size, height, color request, and shape orders can take 2-4 weeks to be completed depending on the current volume of orders. Ready to ship prom gowns take 2-3 days.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
After your order has been complete you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has shipped along with a tracking number. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to arrive after shipping confirmation.

What is a consultation?
A consultation is a meeting between designer Nadine Gentles & the customer in which all details for a custom garment such as pricing, design, fabrics and measurements will be discussed.
How far in advance should I set up a consultation for a custom prom dress?
The sooner the better. Due to such a high volume in custom prom request, please book your consultation 2-3 months in advance to the date of your prom.
